Abigail Donner (she/her/hers) is a global health professional with nearly twenty years of experience advancing equity as a key programmatic outcome, particularly with and for women and girls. Ms. Donner brings expertise in gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) integration to a range of health and development programs at Abt Associates, helping teams articulate and implement strategies that improve programmatic outcomes while addressing inequality. Ms. Donner is a master trainer and skilled facilitator. She has worked with implementing agencies, academic and research institutions and as a consultant to international organizations in more than a dozen countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.
