Ailea Sneller

​Ailea Sneller leads the U.S Democracy Working Group at DAI, which is a team of experts working to bring international experience and a global perspective to the work of supporting and reforming U.S. democratic systems and institutions. Ailea began her career in international development in 2007 working on programs to support democracy, open spaces for civil society, and improve governance overseas. She’s delighted to have the opportunity to convene colleagues in the international development community to address the challenges we face in the U.S., and use our collective expertise to work toward a stable, effective, and inclusive democracy here at home.
