Caroline Quijada is a Managing Director with the International Development Division at Abt Associates. Abt Associates is a global company that is a leader in research, evaluation, technical assistance and program implementation. Caroline is a private health sector and reproductive health expert with over 20 years of experience working in countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America. Her expertise includes working with corporate, not-for-profit organizations, and social enterprises across a broad range of technical areas. Some of these areas include strategic planning, quality improvement, service delivery, public-private engagement, and scaling novel approaches. Caroline currently serves on the board for the Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health and is also a board member of the CORE Group.
