​Charles currenlty manages the USAID Ghana and Financial Institutions portfolios of USAID West Africa Trade & Investment Hub, covering ~$25M in 21 transactions that aim to catalyze over $200 million in private capital investments in West Africa.  Charles has more than 18 years of experience in leveraged finance in New York and impact investments in Indonesia, India, Kenya, and Ghana.
 
The USAID Trade Hub partners with U.S. and West African private sector firms to generate new investment in key sectors to increase private investment, create jobs and increase trade between the United States and West Africa, including through increased utilization of the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) and across the African continent. The West Africa Trade & Investment Hub is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development and implemented by Creative Associates International.​
