Deputy Energy Lead, 60 Decibels

​Ciara is 60 Decibels' Deputy Energy Lead, where she leads strategy and provides insights to support clients across the off-grid energy sector. Prior to 60 Decibels, Ciara was Strategic Projects Manager for the Rockefeller Foundation's Power and Climate team where she supported the development of place-based partnerships in Africa and Asia to deliver reliable energy access and drive productive energy use for the world’s energy-poor. She also lead the development of the Initiatives' first gender equity strategy. Ciara received her B.A. in Political Science and Italian Studies with honors from New York University, her Masters in Global Politics from the London School of Economics, and her Masters of Law in Human Rights from SOAS.
