COVID-19 Requirements

All attendees are required to provide proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 to participate in-person at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC. If you have not provided proof of vaccination to SID-US by May 25, 2022, you will need to provide proof upon entering the Conference site.
Individuals who do not provide proof of vaccination will not be permitted to attend the Conference in-person and are encouraged to participate virtually. If you are not feeling well, we encourage you to stay home and/or attend the Conference virtually.
We highly encourage attendees to wear masks while attending the Conference, except when actively eating or drinking. SID-W will enforce preventative measures in accordance with current guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, the District of Columbia, and its own policies, which remain subject to change at any time. The in-person requirements may change as we get closer to the event date. We will post any updates on our website. Please be sure to check the website prior to attending the conference to ensure you are apprised of the current requirements.
