Dr. Nicole Goldin

Global Head, Inclusive Economic Growth, Abt Associates

Dr. Nicole Goldin is Global Head, Inclusive Economic Growth at Abt Associates, and is also a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council. Well-known for her pioneering work on youth, she brings 25 years of strategy, policy, program, research, and executive leadership to her work advancing inclusive and sustainable development insights and impact around the world. Dr. Goldin joined Abt Associates from the boutique consultancy she founded, NRG Advisory, where she worked with the World Bank, UNICEF, and Ford Foundation among public and private sector clients, and was Adjunct Professor at George Washington University. She served in the Obama-Biden administration as Senior Advisor at USAID and the State Department. She is Policy Co-Chair of the Alliance for International Youth Development (AIYD) and served as a SID -Washington Board Member 2013-2014. Dr. Goldin holds a PhD in Economics from SOAS, UK.
