Executive Director, Center for Remote Sensing and GIS (CERGIS)

​Foster Mensah is a geographic information system and remote sensing expert, with a professional career spanning over 20 years. He is currently the Executive Director of the Centre for remote sensing and geographic information services based at the University of Ghana, Accra. He is also the National Team Lead for Ghana on the NASA/USAID-funded SERVIR West Africa Program for Environmental Information System Capacity Development in the West Africa sub-region.
