• Garrett is an innovator, educator, and advocate of community-led development. He specializes in supporting co-creation, human-centered design, systems practice, leadership development, and grassroots community development across Pact's portfolio of projects in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Prior to Pact, Garrett served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Liberia.​
