Graham Couturier is the Executive Vice President of Equal Access International (EAI) where he has worked since 2012. In this capacity, he oversees EAI's Business Development and Programs Departments, including the organization's $15+ million/year program portfolio covering issues that include peacebuilding, countering violent extremism, governance, gender equity and women's empowerment, youth engagement, and social and behavior change communications across 12 country programs. Over the past 8 years, Graham has helped EAI more than double in size (both in annual revenue and the number of active country programs), while launching new country programs in Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Mali, Nigeria, and the Philippines employing the organization's innovative approach combining media and communications with grassroots community outreach. Graham is responsible for driving program strategy and implementation, designing program content and approaches, and helping drive EAI's business development efforts. Prior to joining EAI, Graham worked for Search for Common Ground focusing on East, Southern, and West Africa. He has an MBA from the HEC-Paris School of Management and a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy (MALD) from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (Tufts University).
