Senior Consultant, Canopy Lab

Laura Kim is a data storyteller and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) advisor, researcher, and strategist who brings 13 years of progressive experience working in inclusive development. Laura has advised or implemented a number of programs focused on women's and youth economic empowerment in addition to managing large-scale data collection efforts and studies. She is currently a Senior Consultant at the Canopy Lab, a boutique international development consulting firm working to solve complex problems that resist change. As part of her role, Laura is engaged in Canopy's Inclusion and Leadership series - an ongoing research project that explores the structures and norms that influence the composition of the international development workforce.
