• Laurence Leclercq has been providing remote and direct support to INGOs’ country programs in development and humanitarian contexts for 15 years. She has been working with the IRC since 2018. As Technical Specialist for Adaptive Programs, she provides support to country teams to improve adaptive practices and leverage flexible funding modalities for adaptive programs. ​
