Lisa McGregor
Technical Director for Governance, RTI International

Lisa McGregor is the Technical Director for Governance at RTI International where she provides technical leadership on RTI governance practice, including growing an applied political economy analysis practice as well as governance integration across sectors.  She also provides technical and management support to governance projects. Prior to joining RTI, Ms. McGregor served for seven years as a foreign service officer at USAID, 12 years as an independent consultant and 10+ years in field positions with UNDP, CARE International, and the International Rescue Committee. She has a Master’s in International Affairs and Urban/Regional Planning from Columbia University.
