• Lisa Tarantino is a global health and international development specialist with over 25 years of experience working in over 20 countries in Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, Southeast Asia and Africa.  Through her work leading projects in private sector development, access to finance, and health system strengthening, she has specialized in sustainable approaches and strengthening capacity to transition from donor support.  Currently, Lisa is Abt’s Director for Transition and Sustainability for the global USAID Local Health System Sustainability project.
