Maria Hutchinson

• Maria Hutchinson is Senior Consultant with KITE (https://www.kite.global).  A certified executive coach, (CPCC, ICF), career coach and trained team coach, Maria has over 25 years of experience as a learning and leadership development specialist in international, intergovernmental organizations, specifically in the humanitarian and development sectors.  As Deputy Director of the UN System Staff College, she co-designed and facilitated programmes for women’s leadership development. She coaches women leaders in the international and development sectors.
  
  Maria holds a Master's Degree from Teacher’s College,  Columbia University. Born in the UK, Maria is British of Afro -Caribbean origin. She is based in Barcelona, Spain.
