- Olya Catto is Vice President of Project Operations and Volunteer Programs that support ACDI/VOCA projects across multiple donors and technical areas globally. She leads the development and deployment of standard operating procedures and business solutions, harmonizes programmatic best practices and innovations, and promotes continuous training and process improvement across the organization. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2015, she managed over 20 complex development projects in 15 countries for Chemonics International, Tetra Tech ARD, and DAI, including 8 years overseas in Eastern Europe, South-East Asia, and Latin America. In 2007, she developed a highly effective communications strategy for USAID/Macedonia. Olya is the recipient of several industry awards, including the Humentum Operational Excellence Award, and USAID & U.S. Department of State Meritorious Honor Awards. She holds a BA in English from the Moscow State Linguistics University (Russia) and completed the Leadership and Management Certificate Program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She speaks English, Russian, and Spanish.
