R. Drake Warrick
Senior Project Director, Education in Conflict Division, Creative Associates International

• R. Drake Warrick’s international development career began in 1989 in Niger, West Africa, with USAID as a Computer Specialist. 
   
  Mr. Warrick is currently a Senior Project Director with Creative Associates International working in the Education in Conflict division. In this role, he has managed projects in Pakistan, Yemen, and Somalia and has provided technical support on programs in Afghanistan, Mozambique, and Nigeria.
   
   Mr. Warrick also provides technical thought leadership on education policy, systems strengthening, and strategic budgeting and planning. Mr. Warrick has also served as a Chief of Party on USAID education projects in Zambia, Nigeria, and Somalia."
