Thomas Reilly

​Thomas Reilly is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Tetra Tech ARD, headquartered in Burlington, VT and with satellite offices in Washington, DC and San Francisco, CA.  Tom manages the day to day operations of more than 1500 staff working cooperatively with 50 host country governments around the world.  Prior to assuming his current position, Tom lived and worked abroad for close to 25 years in Latin America, Africa and Europe. After beginning his career with Catholic Relief Services as an Internal Auditor, he specialized in modernizing national legislatures and municipal, state and national governments.  He worked for USAID/Guatemala from 1996-1998, followed by long term assignments as a contractor in both Bolivia (1998-2003) and Peru (2003-2012), before returning to the United States assume his leadership position with the firm.  He received his BA from Georgetown University and his Masters degree from Columbia University.
